[Bug] Platform extension is asking to clone a repo that exists locally

Bug Description

When opening a repo from Devant, platform extension is not remembering the previously cloned location

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a component in Devant
2. Click open in vscode, which will clone the repo locally
3. Click the same button once again and the vscode will try and clone the repo again.

Expected Behavior

The platform extension should remember the previously cloned location and open it automatically.
