WP Media is VAT registered in Norway and needs to exempt Norway businesses.

- Integrate with Norway VAT service (official)
- Exempt VAT if the business is valid
Example of valid Norway VAT number: NO894928662MVA.
Norway offers an official API to validate VAT numbers. It is simple, GET method and no API key needed.
Europe and UK already have a "Registry" so we can add another one with Norway.
When working on this, consider error handling alignment between registries because of this future task:
Describe alternatives you've considered
We can't wait for transition to another solution (Avalara doesn't do validation) since we don't know one yet.
We need to continue with Pyvat for now.
