Global Tool Failed to Install

Hi , thank you for building this. I was trying to install via Global tool and got this:

dotnet tool install -g SeqMcpServer

Tool 'seqmcpserver' failed to update due to the following:
The settings file in the tool's NuGet package is invalid: Settings file 'DotnetToolSettings.xml' was not found in the package.
Tool 'seqmcpserver' failed to install. Contact the tool author for assistance.

Any ideas on how to resolve?

This happened to me when I was in a folder with a global.json that locked it dotnet 8.
This needs a dotnet9 or 10 environment.
