Update broke compatability with Elgato Teleprompter monitor

When BetterDisplay is open, the elgato teleprompter (usb-c) disconnects from the computer and the external display is unavailable. Interestingly, the USB device also disappears from the Elgato sofware.

The second BetterDisplay is closed. The Elgato tool finds the USB monitor, and the monitor starts working again.

Hi there - this display is using DisplayLink, right? Make sure you are running the latest DisplayLink software version to fix this issue. The latest version of BetterDisplay uses DisplayLink's API to better manage DisplayLink displays, but the older, v14.0 version of the DisplayLink app seems to have a bug which causes a crash - this was later fixed (the current version is v15.1).
