Mission control in virtual monitor

Anyway to activate mission control in a virtual monitor without it activating mission control on my host machine? Really jarring effect lol. Anyway to "localize" everything to my virtual screen when I'm inside it?

Honestly I don't think it is possible. But you can configure a PIP window to be above everything (including spaces), which makes the PIP window immune to mission control.
