Hmm. Honestly, not sure, this seems to be a display firmware issue. Since the problem is not app related, I'll move this over to discussions, maybe somebody with this display can chime in. |

I know this is an old post, but turning off "Deep Sleep" fixed this issue for me. |

I'm using MacBook Pro (M1 Pro), macOS 14.5, connected with LG 38WR85QC via USB C.
I turned off the Power Indicator Light (Power LED) in the display settings

I didn't unplug the USB C cable and let the MacBook went to sleep automatically. Then I turned off all the lights in my room. After like 5 or 10 minutes in the dark, the monitor Power LED turned on - I didn't expect this. The only way to turn it off is to unplug the USB C cable from MacBook.
Is there any way to keep the Power LED off even in the dark room?
