Steps to reproduce

1. Create v-select with transition set to false
2. put the v-select below other content so that user must scroll down to reach the v-select
3. load the page
4. scroll down to v-select
5. click the v-select for the first time and issue will occur

Expected Behavior

When opening up a v-select for the first time, there is no scroll to the top of the page

Actual Behavior

When opening up a v-select for the first time, there is a scroll to the top of the page
