my tracking speed is only 11 with tomp tracker in GeForce RTX 2080, how can i speed up?

when i tracking two webcams simultaneously, my tracking speed is about 7 fps, why the tracking frequency is so lower than the tracking speed reported in official paper(20 fps) ?
is there any way i can improve this?
