RELAX error

Hello,

I keep getting an immediate failure/abortion when using RELAX. This is using RELAX on the classic datamonkey website, not the new 3.3 version. On the classic version there is no error code but on v3.3 I get a "RELAX analysis failed: Unexpected end of JSON input" and "Analysis failed: Unexpected end of JSON input" error.

When using the same file on Busted and aBSREL I do not get this error.

I am also getting an immediate failure/abort when running RELAX with the error “No stderr content” on a dataset that has worked in the past. I also tried running the analysis using the new Datamonkey v3 beta, but it was not able to properly specify or detect my tree at the bottom of my FASTA file.

Sorry for not responding sooner. @stevenweaver : can you please investigate? (e.g. 697a8993ec632baa7072ff18) I can confirm that server-side logs are empty, but the analysis runs fine locally.

Apologies for the delay, from looking at the logs, it appears that the {TEST} and {REFERENCE} branch labels aren't be properly set. Can you please confirm that you are setting BOTH TEST and REFERENCE branch labels before submitting the job.

RELAX fails immediately with

"ASSERTION FAILED: RELAX requires at least one designated set of branches"

but this error isn't surfacing to the frontend, which needs validation to check for branch labels before job submission.
