Does UPG-VPP support QoS and network slicing functions?

I see that the list of unimplemented functions includes QER. Is it currently supported? If there is no QER, are there any implementation ideas? I can assist in doing some work within my capabilities.
Also, is the network slicing function supported?

• QER is not supported. There is some work in our internal version to add that, but I can't say if or when it will be public.
• there is no slice support and not work is planned
