Rohbau3D-Semantics is a terrestrial laser scanning dataset of shell construction scenes comprising 504 annotated scans from 14 different sites. It provides point-wise semantic and instance annotations, together with RGB color, LiDAR reflection intensity, and reconstructed surface normals for the 3D point clouds, as well as linked equidistant panoramic and cube-map renderings derived from the scans. The dataset is intended for 3D segmentation, instance understanding, and multimodal learning in complex built environments.
