Dashboard chart x-axis is not year-aware (wrong sort order)

The x-axis on the "Selected period summary" chart on the dashboard is not year-aware, meaning it can get sorted in the wrong order. To reproduce:

• go to timeline dashboard
• set dates as 2026-01-01 to 2026-01-31
• look at the first chart, which shows statistics by week. The first week of the selected period begins on Monday 2025-12-29, which is represented as 12-29 on the x-axis, which gets sorted after 01-26 (but it should be first)

User date format is set as ISO.
