What is your suggestion?
At the moment, PSF masks are saved at every stage beginning with the first stage used in imageTools. This is a lot of output products which aren't really necessary to repeat in many of the output directories.
It may be preferable to calculate the masks at a single point in the code. Perhaps after alignment is run, or at the start of the KLIP subtraction.
