[Enhancement]: Track PSF mask at the integration level #259

What is your suggestion?

Currently, spaceKLIP tracks the PSF mask on a file by file basis, and does not account for drifts in the mask center between integrations like it does for the star center.

This likely has a small effect on the final results, as drifts are << smaller that a pixel, however, to be fully accurate this needs to be tracked at the integration level.

This will require restructuring of the database, psfmask reading and saving functions, alignment and centering functions, shifting functions, and the pyklip functions too.
