Create PR for updates to schema for product types: Detection Efficiency, Extinction Maps, MCMC Arrays

Files not on the MVP list for SOC Build 21 but important for Commissioning and thus should be prioritized for SOC Build 22 are:

1. Level 4 ML Detection Efficiency Product (_de-cat.parquet)
2. Level 4 ML Reddening Extinction Map (_redex.asdf)
3. Level 4 ML Markov Chain Array (_mcmc.netcdf)

A PR should be made to add or modify metadata schema files for these three product types, as appropriate.

Timeline should be to aim to have PR ready by ~April 15th.

Thanks. We are going to make a PR (from a fork) with those products soon.

@ejoliet An update: The mission office clarified these are non-MVP products and not necessarily needed for SOC B22 (April 15th). The archiving of these can be setup after commissioning.
So if you have the metadata, that is great. But these are not going to be a SOC priority for B22.
