spitzer obs going away

Hi @snbianco, since we're dropping Spitzer obs I think the resolve objects notebook will need a minor update the language.

I think deleting

Many results correspond to individual dithers within a single Spitzer observation.

is all we need to do since those results won't appear anymore, but there should be other valid non-Spitzer results.
