File Naming Conventions

During the past few months, there have been some complications and edge cases that have not been accounted for while adding new exams and then when a new script (#48) had been created, we have discussed with Michal about the potential need to create or redefine the File Naming Conventions (how the files are named...)

The point of this issue isn't to build a new naming system from ground up, but rather to subtly change the naming of the current system to make it more systematic and easier to be automated + accommodate for more edge cases and possibilities.

This issue is related to:

• Adding Practice exams (Consider adding Practice Exams #53)
• Tracking the Course Codes (Tracking Course Codes #58)
• New Automation Script (Update descriptionCreator utility module #48, Add script to CI Pipeline format repo structure #59, potentially a new issue that would implement the script according to the new conventions)
