Labshock Software License
Version 1.0 – 2025

1. License Scope

This license applies to the Labshock project and its related components. The license is divided into:

Open-source components:
- OpenPLC (licensed under GNU General Public License v3.0)
- FUXA (licensed under the MIT License)

Proprietary components:
- Labshock orchestration files
- Network Swiftness
- Tidal Collector
- Pentest Fury
- Portal
- Router
- EWS

2. Open-Source Components

OpenPLC (GPL v3):  
- Licensed under the GNU General Public License, Version 3.
- Source code is available at: https://github.com/thiagoralves/OpenPLC_v3
- You are free to use, modify, and redistribute these components under the same GPL terms
- If you distribute modified versions, you must provide the source code under GPL v3
- The full text of the GPL v3 license can be found at https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-3.0.html

FUXA (MIT License)
- Licensed under the MIT License
- The license text for FUXA is available at: https://github.com/frangoteam/FUXA/
- No obligation to provide source code if unmodified, but attribution is required under MIT terms

3. Proprietary Components

The following components are proprietary and subject to restrictions:

- Labshock orchestration (Docker Compose and related files)
- Network Swiftness
- Tidal Collector
- Pentest Fury
- Portal
- EWS
- Router

Usage Restrictions:

- Personal Use Only – You may use these components for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- No Redistribution – You may not share, distribute, or sublicense these components.
- No Commercial Use – You may not use these components in a commercial environment (e.g., selling, hosting as a service, or integrating into paid products) without purchasing a Pro License.
- No Reverse Engineering – You may not modify, decompile, or create derivative works of these components.

4. Commercial Licensing
A Pro License is required for any commercial use of Network Swiftness, Tidal Collector, Pentest Fury, Portal.

5. Termination
Any violation of this license will result in immediate termination of your rights to use the proprietary components. 
GPL components remain licensed under their respective terms.

6. Disclaimer
This software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. 
The author is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of this software.
