[Bug] Issues with East Asian characters (Chinese Characters and Japanese Kanji)

Bug Description

The player fails to support Chinese character (Kanji) in some ways:

1. When searching the Chinese keywords responding to the artist's name, the application becomes unresponsive. This also would happen when I search in Kanji.
2. When searching tracks, it can only support searching with Chinese phrases but not single character. For example, given there is a song called ”给我一首歌的时间“，you can only get it when searching “给我”，when searching “给”, nothing would show up.
3. For the same example, when you search "时间“, this song would also not be retrieved out.
4. The search feature differentiates simplified and traditional Chinese character, which is literally right but not very convenient for fuzzy search.

Steps to Reproduce

No step special needs to be conducted to reproduce the bugs 2/3/4.

For bug 1, I tried, not all artists' names would result in this unresponsiveness. It may related to the number of the characters of the name, the more the easily.

Expected Behavior

When searching with artists' names in Chinese characters (Kanji), the app works well.

When searching for a song, one can input only one single Chinese character and all the songs includes this character would be retrieved out like how it can do with alphabet languages.
