My goal is to send received packets to MQTT, to get for example weather sensors data.
Could also be used for tracker battery monitoring, or just stats.

Will the igate work as a gateway for sending the mqtt data to another module/pc to process this data?

Or how should the hole process be (for the battery of tracker for example)?

I think igate should just be a gateway to send every raw aprs packet received to the mqtt server.

Then the processing should be done by any software getting the data from the mqtt server.
I've very new to aprs, so please correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think the iGate should decode the packets.
What do you think?
