new connection tab issue

Describe the bug
when i try to create a new connection, connection settings page is weird.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. open redis cache
2. Click on 'Connect to Redis Service'
3. see the pop-up page
4. See error

Expected behavior
A precise page will popup with connect button.
