Editing a reordered group or field will reset the order and move to the last known position

Description

This happens when you have reordered the group or field and hit save on the pod. If you then go to edit that group or field and it hit save, it will save the old order value.

After saving the reorder when saving the pod groups/fields, we should update the data store for the groups/fields on the screen so it does not cause this issue.
