Grant of Rights: You grant Phillip Allison a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, and sublicense Your Contributions.
Ownership: You acknowledge that Phillip Allison owns the aggregate Software and may license it under different terms, including commercial agreements, to third parties.
Representation: You represent that You are legally entitled to grant this license and that Your Contribution is Your original creation.
