I've moved the generated scripts to the git repository to make them more manageable.
Ideally, old scripts should not change for now.
Some will not properly work for new architectures, but making all old versions (pharo 1 - 8) work is a mess because they are all organized through symlinks in the server and this requires a lot of manual work and testing (in different platforms).
I've updated only scripts for Pharo >= 90.
We should make the zero conf scripts that are published use the ones this repository, so updating them is just pulling.
