Add some visible SonicDE branding

We should add some SonicDE branding to visible things like the start menu button, or the "About" screen or somewhere else.

It should be done because

Adding some branding elements would make SonicDE more visually identifiable in screenshots and also in everyday use.

What are the alternatives?

Remain a wallflower.

Hey @callmetango, adding visible branding is a great way to build recognition for SonicDE! Maybe a subtle logo in the panel or a custom welcome splash could work without being too intrusive. Looking forward to seeing how this shapes the user experience!

There's a launcher icon in the branding repo, but yes the welcome screen could be redone and also changes so that things like fastfetch could identify us separately. Artist is working on a Sonic specific krunner at the moment.
