Hi everyone!

After the last few months of building a new docs framework at LiveSession, we're opening it to the community: xyd.dev

We've also shipped a native Orama integration—bringing lightning-fast full-text search directly to documentation sites. Integration guide: xyd.dev/docs/guides/integrations/search/orama

The integration leverages Orama's unique ability to run powerful search experiences right in the browser, making documentation instantly searchable without any backend infrastructure. Perfect for static sites that need enterprise-grade search capabilities.

We've also integrated some analytics events to track search behavior and performance, with plans to expand analytics capabilities in future releases. More details here.

But why another docs framework? Long story short — we needed something that scales with us, and nothing open-source fit.

Thanks for a reply and giving a star, appreciated.

We see that Orama and xyd has something common - a nice API interface and modular architecture. That's why we chosen Orama as one of the first search engines we've implemented.

Our integration with Orama is still basic but on roadmap is for example indexing API pages and some RAG/AI features.

We really like your analytics APIs - as our company is a product analytics software, we see some capabilities in the future too. For example to get better insights/performance of how users use search.
