Chat messages is broken for no reason

I just installed the plugin, then i configured it. After, i joined my server and instead of seeing normal formatted messages i just see the
"chat.knife.ignored" - stuff. Is this my problem or it is a plugin problem?

that means plugin not found lang file ether you dont upload lang/xxx.json into plugin folder or lang/xxx.json file not match core.json ServerLanguage which is common mistake people do

open file
"...\csgo\addons\counterstrikesharp\configs\core.json"

check your
"ServerLanguage": "en",
if you use en means you need in any plugin use en.json otherwise will print chat.knife.ignored
