What is the best non-linear model to use in River for a binary classification task with extreme class imbalance?

I would also like to know how a MLP classifier can be implemented in River?

Can someone please help with an example?

sorry for the late reply. Your question is pretty hard to answer generally. However, for the performance part, we have Benchmarks in place.

Luckily, you don't need to implement a MLP Classifier by yourself, as it is already part of deep-river.
