Negatives latitudes

Hello,
I don't know how to download negative latitudes.
Is there a spécial syntax?

Here is my log:

use --lon, instead of -lon ;)
For me, it works:

 >python peps_download.py -a peps.txt --lon 167.2 --lat -22.2 -d 2019-06-17 -f 2019-09-07 -c S2ST
