Deprecated package Attribute in AndroidManifest.xml

Message: package="jp.oist.abcvlib.*" is ignored and deprecated.

Fix: Remove the package attribute from the manifest file.

Resolved in merged PR #59.

The deprecated manifest package="..." attributes were removed from the affected app manifests, with Gradle namespace remaining the source of truth. That is the change that closes this issue.
