Currently we use .[].body base64 decoded to inform policy decisions. This might have been a little silly because the .[].attestations data looks like its ripe for policy decisions. Also maybe folks want to make policy decisions based on the inclusion proof? Mosty I've been avoiding it because I don't understand it 😨
