Can we have a backlog and a board?

I want to help, but i'm confused, i dont know the expectations, what has already been done, and future features, so i suggest a simple board (backlog, to-do, doing, done)

Was thinking, is the above list what you expect?

1. create CI/CD pipelines (travis looks good)
2. add redux
3. add husky hooks
4. load big files (try to read in chunks)
5. highlight cells (hex and text cell should be highlighted together, when select hex also highlight ascii and vice versa)

If positive, lets create the board and pin as a 1.0 release?

Yeah, I think this is a good start
