Not Able to make it work on mobile

When I use it on a desktop it works.

When I use it on Mobile, on Chrome. It doesn't work. I suppose it's because '' video tag it's not working.
Is there any way to make it work directly on the mobile browser?

I seem to have the same problem. It’s perfectly working on iOS and Desktop but fails to do so on Chrome.
