Count table after mapping reads back to the dereplicated MAGs

Hi,

In reference to #934

After we have run dereplication on the refined DASTool bins/combined results from multiple binners, would it be possible to add a module to provide a count table after mapping the reads back to the "final dereplicated bins" [and optionally with the taxonomy column]?

For more context: I guess you are referring to once we've implemented dereplication as in #413 ?
