Add simulations (and plots) that distinguish "recovered" from "dead"

Fantastic resource!!! One issue I have is that dead people cannot get re-infected, contribute to herd immunity or further disseminate the virus. Both the simulations and the plots should take into account and show the amount of people that actually die.
