Can't compile with Clang

Reproduction Steps

Follow the "Native Compilation with Clang (Windows SDK Build)" instructions in DOCS/compile-windows.md

Expected Behavior

Compilation succeeds

Actual Behavior

Compilation fails with "Unable to find assembler"

I carefully read all instruction and confirm that I did the following:

• I tested and confirmed that the issue exists with the latest release version or newer.
• I provided all required information including system and mpv version.
• I produced the log file with the exact same set of parameters, and conditions used in "Reproduction Steps".
• I produced the log file while the behaviors described in "Actual Behavior" were actively observed.
• I attached the full, untruncated log file.

Well, install one?
This message isn't even from mpv, it's from libaom, which itself is a dependency of ffmpeg.
