update the stream levels

we have few levels in the steam chunk...

each chunk give us an end level token.

TextToken, MetaToken, CitationToken, TableToken, EndStreamToken, RephrasingToken.

each token have tokenType.

and content-data, or dispaly_name.

those give us token like CitationToken or TableToken or TextToken

each time the value store in key content-data will be match the tokenType.

token is like content.

i want to warp it in one level.

each toll can stream any off those tokens.
and the answer as well.

this is the lowest level and the upper level will be answerChunk or ReasoningChunk.
