Thank you for your excellent work on this project. I would like to echo the above request — having access to the training scripts would be extremely helpful for training on custom datasets.

In addition, I’m very interested in how you split the dataset (e.g., into training, validation, and test sets), and I would greatly appreciate it if you could share the relevant code or explanation about this process. Understanding your data preparation pipeline would be valuable for reproducing your results. Thanks again!

The Pytorch version training code is available here: https://github.com/maxium0526/category-wise-fine-tuning.

I did not split the dataset. CheXpert has its pre-split training, val, and test sets.
