Loading a profile with OutputScale will not remove black boarders #270
Description
This issue occurs when using a version of ShaderGlass later than 0.91, including the latest version 1.3.0. When loading a profile that contains OutputScale, set it to a number like 200. Shaderglass will then load using FREE scale, which causes black borders to appear on the left and right of the defined input window. If I go back to Output-Scale-200%, ShaderGlass will then properly scale back down and not show black borders anymore. All other settings are being loaded correctly as defined in the profile, such as PixelSize, CaputreWindow, etc.
When using version 0.91 of ShaderGlass, the application works as expected; it will load up correctly with no black borders and the correct output scaled.
Shaderglass gets launched by a command line with an input. SGP file that looks like the following
.\ShaderGlass.exe .\profile.sgp
