Implement an integration test that computes a restart state from some hosted ssh.npy, toce.npy and soce.npy data.

Could run the evaluation pipeline afterwards.

Requirements:

• checks on coordinates
• checks on actual values of restart output (confirm within satisfactory precision)
• part of CI
• pytest dependency
