Error: Connection Timed Out

I use a 8GB RAM, 60 GB free space SSD, no GPU.
Apparently, I was told that I could still run foocus on cpu, it's just gonna be laggy and I have to resort to the argument "--always-cpu" to run foocus.
However, when I try generating a simple image, it gets down to the "Loading 1 New Model" phase and then produces an "Error: Connection Timed Out" on the UI.
