[BUG] RK3588: does not work AP6275P wifi and BT

Description

Lakka devel branch supports RK3588 SBCs.
Some SBCs have AP6275P chip for wifi/BT but it doesn't work.

This problem happenes on upstream LibreELEC(13) and they will fix this.

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. create RK3588 ArmSom Shige7 Lakka devel branch image to microSD
2. boot
3. connect wifi
   - can't search AP -
4. Bluetooth
   - can't search BT device -

Version/Commit

devel branch - local build with commit 123c928

Present in the nightly version

IIUC, it seems we will need these firmwares ? But we don't know the licence ?
