[Debt] `archive` folder is dead code

Current Behavior

archive contains a bunch of docsy placeholder/quickstart templates that aren't ever used.

Expected Behavior

It would be a good idea to remove the folder to reduce the size of the codebase. I have verified that these files aren't used anywhere.
