A new quick action for the field guide tool. When clicked:
Page selector can be similar style to the beacon selector.
For now if the user doesn't have an existing page to add the sighting to, there should be a way for them to open the field guide tool. I'll have to see what the UX would be like for them to create a page and immediately add a sighting right from the quick action (might add a follow on).
