Problem with ssr (Nuxt.js)

Hi!

I'm using Nuxt.js and in this fragment 
`  var opt = {
    complement: window.document.title ,
    separator: '|'
  }
`
i'm getting error because on server side window do not exists yet

Maybe is a way to patch this officialy ?
