Picks up the entrypoint static-files race fix that has to live inside
the cloned source (the CMS Dockerfile cp's docker/cms/docker-entrypoint.sh
from WORKDIR=/home/app, which is the cloned geomanager-web repo, not the
parent flood_watch_system checkout).
