Make fields configurable

Currently a list of fields are hardcoded

• The module currently expects the following fields to be set in the env by the shibd module:

  REDIRECT_unscoped-affiliation
  REDIRECT_uid
  REDIRECT_sn
  REDIRECT_mail
  REDIRECT_cn
  

It would be nice if this mapping to the Contao fields is configurable
