selectionInactiveBackground is almost invisible

Describe the bug
In src/intellij/src/main/resources/themes/HiberbeeDark.theme.json the selectionInactiveBackground is "Dark6" on a "Dark7" background.
This is very hard to see.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any project in an intellij IDE with HiberBee installed.
2. Click on a file, test result or other list item
3. Click in the editor are or elsewhere to make the selection "inactive"
4. It's hard to see which line/item was selected

Expected behavior
It's easy to see which line/item is selected, even if the particular panel is not "active".
