.github/workflows: run all the tests in at most 5 minutes #7000
Description
Use of the standard GitHub-hosted runners is free and unlimited on public repositories.
The proposal is to shard all the tests we have and use github matrix tests to make everything run in <5 minutes.
Running dashboard tests on ubuntu-latest costs approximately 8 minutes for example:
We need 2 shards running in parallel for 5 minutes.
