Tag search picks up todo's priorities

There's an issue with org-style priority markers for todo items

TODO [#A] Foo the bar ASAP
```
This hashtag (#a) probably shouldn't be added to the search — but it is.

Also, constructions similar to

#[[something something]]
```
...are also parsed as hashtags
